inTEgro, Inc. was founded by Al Watts in 1997 on the foundation of his fifteen year consulting career and ten years in human resource leadership roles for three corporations. In the course of a career coaching leaders and teams, helping organizations chart strategic direction and serving to craft winning cultures, Al observed a core of practices that simultaneously drives effectiveness, engagement and ethical cultures:
- IDENTITY – Self-awareness plus clarity of purpose, principles and priorities
- AUTHENTICITY – Trueness to purpose, principles and priorities, truth-telling and transparency
- ALIGNMENT – A sense of fit, harmony and growth
- ACCOUNTABILITY – Responsibility, keeping promises and stewardship
These four dimensions comprise the framework for inTEgro’s Leadership and Organizational Integrity Model, a framework for growing whole leaders and whole organizations that are effective, engaging and ethical; we call them “triple-E” leaders and organizations – the agents for “transforming business as usual into business at its best.”
inTEgro’s engagements always begin with careful listening and objective assessment of needs, leading to whatever approach will best accomplish goals, including when appropriate an array of “triple-E” assessments, tools and resources.
In 2010 Al Watts published his book to serve as a guide for growing whole leaders and cultivating whole organizations: Navigating Integrity – Transforming Business As Usual Into Business At Its Best.
